7. Care and Maintenance

How do I clean and care for the vanity surface?
To maintain the beauty of your vanity, we recommend cleaning the surfaces regularly with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive soap or detergent. Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive scrubbers, as these can damage the finish. For painted or wood veneer finishes, wipe spills immediately to prevent moisture damage.

Are your countertops scratch-resistant?
Our engineered stone countertops are highly durable and resistant to everyday wear, but they are not completely scratch-proof. We recommend using care when placing or sliding heavy objects on the surface and avoiding direct cutting or impact to maintain their appearance over time.

8. Warranty and Damages

Is there a warranty on the vanities?
Yes. All of our vanities come with a lifetime warranty on hardware (hinges and drawer slides) and a 1-year limited warranty on both in-stock and custom vanities. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

What happens if my vanity arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging and handling, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your vanity arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to find a quick and fair resolution. Please note that each case is handled individually to ensure the best outcome.
