Return & Warranty policy

Conditions for returns:

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The products were purchased in the last 30 days

• The products are in the original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

• The supply of custom built bathroom vanities

• Products that are not in their original package

• Bathroom vanities that have already been installed

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Products

Customers are responsible for the cost and risks of returning the products to us. Products are to be returned to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.

Warranty

All of our vanities have one year warranty. Our vanity warranty does not cover wear and tear, abuse or misuse and/or change in wood due to natural organic composition. Due to woods organic composition, it can react to changes in temperature and/or humidity. Large and/or rapid changes in these conditions will result in a reaction that can consist of but not limited to the following; warping, expansion, contraction, splitting, checking, discolouration, separation of joints and the decomposition of adhesives used in the production of the millwork. Montecana Vanities Studio Inc. does everything in its power to minimize these natural occurrences, but cannot completely control or eliminate such issues. Montecana Vanities Studio Inc. will not cover the cost to repair or replace defects attributed to temperature or humidity such as shrinking, warping, cracking or peeling.
